Kurt Kreassig, Ed.D., MBA, is the Dean of the School of Education at Regent University, where he has served as a faculty member since 2013. With 27 years of experience in instructional and leadership roles, including as a teacher, coach, school principal, and university department chair, he focuses on fostering collaborative cultures, Christian leadership, and program assessments for continuous improvement.
His research interests emphasize educational leadership, accreditation processes, and inclusive school communities. He has led national accreditation self-study initiatives, achieving unanimous approval for Regent’s teacher licensure and educational leadership programs.
