Krystyna Rymarczyk

Krystyna Rymarczyk is a Professor at SWPS University, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw and serving as Head of the Department of Biological Psychology. She contributes to academic governance as a member of the Program Council for postgraduate studies and the Polish Accreditation Committee.

• Research Focus: Underlying mechanisms of brain function, emotional processes across lifespan, neuromodulation (tDCS) for emotion regulation disorders (e.g., self-harm in development), screen media effects on children's brain development, and physical activity's role in cognitive development.
• Teaching: Biological foundations of behavior, neuropsychology, neuroscience, and neurospeech therapy in postgraduate programs.
