Krystian Suchorab serves as an Assistant at the Department of German Language within the Institute of German Philology at the University of Wrocław's Faculty of Philology, a position he has held since 2024. He earned his Doctor of Humanities in Linguistics from the University of Wrocław in September 2024.

Suchorab's research focuses on pragmalinguistics, phraseology of German and Polish, linguistic (im)politeness, linguistic aggression, comparative linguistics, and corpus linguistics. His doctoral dissertation examined lexical representations in German and Polish press releases from 2016-2017 under the supervision of Professor Joanna Szczęk. His work bridges theoretical linguistics with practical applications in cross-cultural communication and media discourse analysis.
He maintains active roles in multiple academic communities including the Linguistic Scientific Circle of Germanists (since 2017), the Organizing Committee of the Linguistische Treffen in Wrocław conference (since 2017), the Polish Association of Applied Linguistics (since 2021), the Polish Society of Modern Languages (since 2021), and the Association of Germanists of Central Europe (since 2022). Since 2024, he has served as secretary for the editorial office of the journal Linguistische Treffen in Wrocław.
