Krystal Finch

Krystal Finch is an Assistant Professor and MSW Program Coordinator at Southern Connecticut State University's Social Work department. Her research focuses on addressing racial inequities in mental healthcare, particularly for Black children and adolescents, and integrating cultural competence into clinical practice.
