Kristy A. Lewis is an Assistant Professor at the University of Rhode Island's Graduate School of Oceanography. Her work bridges biological oceanography, geospatial modeling, and social equity, focusing on how global change impacts marine ecosystems and coastal communities through transdisciplinary collaboration with Indigenous groups, government agencies, and cross-disciplinary scientists.
