Kristine H. Smith is an Adjunct Professor and Director of Employer & Student Services at Liberty University School of Law. She has over two decades of legal practice experience, specializing in death penalty habeas petitions, employment law, family law, and health care privacy consulting. She established the Virginia Legal Aid Clinic curriculum and served as its inaugural director, continuing in that role while also contributing to national recognition of the law school's career development programs.
