She explores how organizational structures and risk mitigation practices influence financial reporting accuracy and strategic decision-making.
Kristin’s teaching interests include Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting, reflecting her commitment to foundational business education. Her work spans empirical studies on auditing dynamics (e.g., auditor tenure effects) and case studies on corporate innovation strategies like Haier’s customer-centric model.
