Kristi Stinson

Kristi Stinson, Ph.D., R.N., A.P.N.-B.C., is an Associate Professor and Interim Dean at Seton Hall University's College of Nursing. She earned her B.S.N. at Villanova University and both her M.S.N. and Ph.D. at Seton Hall. Her academic roles span teaching, research, and leadership.

• Specialization: Adult Health Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Generation Z Nursing Students
• Current Research Focus: Learning attributes of Generation Z nursing students, mentorship in baccalaureate programs, and transition to practice
• Notable Grants: Co-Principal Investigator for the $30,000 Seton Hall Access and Resource Clinic (SHARC) project (2024-2025)

Dr. Stinson's publications analyze physical restraint use in critical care and Generation Z nursing education. She actively presents on mentorship and transition programs at conferences like AACN's Transform and Sigma Theta Tau International. Her scientific award includes the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation - New Jersey Nurse Initiative Fellowship.
