Kristall Day is a Professor in the Department of Special Education at Ohio Dominican University (ODU). She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Special Education from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Music Education and Special Education from West Liberty University. Her research focuses on high-leverage teaching practices, formative instructional practices, and developing inclusive teacher preparation programs. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has completed advanced training in the Science of Reading through the LEXIA LETRS program.

She holds licenses in special education, music education, and principalship (grades 5-12).
