Konstantinos Samiotis

Konstantinos Samiotis is an Affiliate Professor of Management Science and Technology at the Alba Graduate School of Business (part of The American College of Greece) and serves as Academic Director of Alba's Online Programs since 2021. He holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Informatics and Management Science from Athens University of Economics and Business.

His expertise spans online education innovation, knowledge management systems, organizational development, and digital transformation strategies. He has held academic roles at institutions including IMD Business School, University of Liverpool, and The Open University, focusing on program development and leveraging technology for modern learning ecosystems. His research emphasizes bridging technological advancements with contemporary learning needs, particularly in public administration, banking, and strategic innovation.

Samiotis has contributed to EU-funded projects (FP7, Horizon2020), managing collaborations with global academic and policy organizations. His publications explore topics like enterprise attention management systems, idea market mechanisms, and semantic empowerment of e-Government infrastructures.
