Konstantin Thamm is a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Fluid Mechanics (ISM) within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Braunschweig. He works in the SE2A Cluster and collaborates with the DLR (German Aerospace Center) on experimental and numerical studies related to aerodynamic flow behavior.
- Focus areas: Subsonic aerodynamics, engine jet interaction with aircraft wings, and laminar flow optimization via active boundary layer suction.
- Current project: Investigates laminar flow stability on pressure gradient-free surfaces using wind tunnel experiments at DLR.
