Konstantin Offer

Konstantin Offer is a Predoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and a Doctoral Candidate at the Max Planck School of Cognition. His research focuses on adaptive rationality, formal models of decision making, and mechanisms of bounded rationality.
