Konstantin Novoselov

Professor Sir Konstantin Novoselov FRS is the Langworthy Professor of Physics and Royal Society Research Professor at the University of Manchester. A Nobel laureate (Physics, 2010), he is renowned for isolating graphene and pioneering research in nanomaterials. He holds dual British-Russian citizenship.

Education includes an MSc from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (1997, cum laude) and a PhD from the University of Nijmegen, Netherlands (2004).
