Dr. Kimberly Clark is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural Science at Concordia University, Nebraska, where she teaches across the agricultural science and agricultural education programs. She joined the faculty in August 2021, bringing nearly 15 years of experience from the agricultural industry and extension services.
Her educational background includes a master's and bachelor's degree in animal science and agriculture leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). Prior to her academic appointment, she served as a dairy extension educator at UNL and held leadership roles such as Director of Biofuels at the Nebraska Corn Board.
