Kimberly Boike

Kimberly (Kim) Boike is an Adjunct Instructor of Accounting and Business Law at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. She is also a practicing business attorney at Chuhak & Tecson, specializing in healthcare and nonprofit legal matters.

Her research and professional interests include:

• Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation
• Healthcare Innovation and Telemedicine

Kim advises a wide range of healthcare and nonprofit clients on compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and fraud and abuse statutes. She played a key role in founding the Nonprofit & Mission-Based Organizations Practice Group at her firm.

She regularly presents to boards of directors on governance best practices and compliance issues, bridging academic insight with practical legal strategy.
