Kimberley Wilson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Relations & Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph. Her research focuses on gerontology, with specific emphasis on LGBTQ2+ aging, social policy, health policy, mental health, and inclusive community development. She actively engages in interdisciplinary studies to address health disparities and caregiving challenges for aging populations.

She has contributed to foundational studies in LGBTQ+ aging in Canada, including scoping reviews and interventions to enhance resiliency among aging men. Her publications span healthcare accessibility, mental health inequalities, and interdisciplinary approaches to aging policy.
