Kimberley Lucini is a Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Surrey, specializing in third-year curriculum development. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from the University of Surrey and is currently pursuing an MRes in Health Research at the University of Brighton. Her clinical experience spans respiratory care, acute care management, and emergency department roles across multiple hospitals, including leadership positions such as Resus Lead during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has mentored students and nurses from various institutions, including Anglian Ruskin University and overseas professionals.

Kimberley has also served as a Community Sister, advancing clinical training and supporting interdisciplinary teams in urgent public health initiatives. Her work bridges clinical practice, education, and research in healthcare innovation.
