Kimberley Barker

Kimberley Barker is a Full-Time Lecturer in the Department of Management at Eastern Michigan University, where she has taught since 2017. Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, she leverages over 15 years of hospital administration and HR experience to bridge academic theory with practical workplace applications.
