Kim Radford

Kim Radford serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech, and concurrently holds the role of Virginia Department of Education Regional Work-Based Learning Specialist for Superintendent’s Region 6. She also teaches at New River Community College. Her work focuses on bridging education with practical experience through work-based learning programs.

Research and Professional Activities:

Kim specializes in career and technical education (CTE), work-based learning systems, and DECA program development. She has extensive experience managing CTE programs and fostering partnerships between educational institutions and businesses.
