Kim-Maureen Martin

Kim-Maureen Martin is a researcher at the Deutsches Institut für Erwachsenenbildung (DIE) since 2025, focusing on teaching and learning in adult education. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.

Her research priorities include:

• Media pedagogical professionalization of teachers in continuing education

Her publications analyze dual vocational training, transitions between vocational and higher education, and competency recognition. She has contributed to policy evaluations and nationwide surveys on educational pathways and vocational attractiveness.
