Kim Martinez, Professor of Painting and Drawing at the University of Utah since 2001, is an artist and educator whose work bridges social critique, environmental advocacy, and Chicano art traditions. Her research explores societal structures through direct engagement with marginalized communities, resulting in over 170 curated exhibitions across 25 regions globally.
