Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo

Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo holds the Cloud Technology Endowed Professorship at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) College of Business with a courtesy appointment at the University of South Australia. He serves as Department Editor of IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing and IEEE Transactions on Big Data.

Education:

• Ph.D. in Information Security, Queensland University of Technology, Australia (2006)

Research Interests: Dr. Choo specializes in cybersecurity, digital forensics, IoT security, cloud computing security, and blockchain. His interdisciplinary STEAM approach addresses critical vulnerabilities in modern technologies, with significant contributions to IoT forensics, threat intelligence, and secure cyberspace frameworks for open societies.
