Kim Demandt is a Lecturer at Tilburg University's Department of Tax Economics within the TiSEM School of Economics and Management. His research focuses on procedural tax law, taxpayer rights, and criminal tax law, with a notable emphasis on cryptocurrency regulation and fiscal sanctions. He holds a Master's in Tax Law and Criminal Law from Tilburg University (2013).
