Kim Bullington is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Workforce Development at Old Dominion University (ODU), affiliated with the Darden College of Education & Professional Studies. She also serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Higher Education Politics and Economics journal. Her work bridges academic and student affairs, focusing on removing barriers to education and fostering collaboration across institutional silos.
