Her industry engagement manifests through civil service collaborations and public commentary in the Borneo Post. Her teaching philosophy centers on experiential learning, directly applying her EdD research on Team-Based Learning. She cultivates industry-ready graduates through curriculum design emphasizing Malaysian workplace contexts and ethical HR analytics application, maintaining strong connections with Sarawak's business community for practical learning opportunities.
