Khulud Alhussain

Khulud Alhussain is a PhD student in Midwifery at the University of Dundee, Scotland. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shaqra University (2012) and a Master of Midwifery Science from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (2018). Her academic and professional roles include Nurse Educator, Program Director of the midwifery diploma, and lecturer accreditation for diploma programs by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. She has extensive clinical experience in maternity care, including roles as Head Nurse in the labour room ward and Hospital Nursing Director. Khulud is certified in advanced life support (ALSO, ACLS, PALS) and neonatal resuscitation (NRP), and she is a BLS instructor from the American Heart Association. Her research focuses on perinatal emotional challenges and breastfeeding improvement. She is also active in leadership, serving as a student representative to enhance student voices and community connections.
