Dr. Khoa Xuan Le is a researcher at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the Oxford Martin School's Future of Cooling Programme and the Department of Engineering Science's Energy and Power Group. His work focuses on developing low-carbon cooling technologies and energy-efficient building systems.

- MSc in Manufacturing and Management (first class honors), National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences (Taiwan)
- BSc in Mechatronics, Danang University of Science and Technology (Vietnam)
Research interests include:
