Khoa Nguyen is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing and Information Technology at University of Wollongong, specializing in cryptography and information security. His research develops privacy-preserving and quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols.
Current work focuses on lattice-based constructions for secure authentication systems, including novel signature schemes with enhanced privacy features. He has industry experience in implementing production ML systems and cloud-based security platforms.
He serves as Workshop Chair for AsiaCCS 2025 and Program Co-Chair for ACISP 2022. Research grants include funding for lattice-based privacy technologies.
