Khalid Moinuddin

Khalid Moinuddin is a Professor and Executive Director at Victoria University's Institute for Sustainable Industries and Liveable Cities (ISILC). He leads the Fire Research Group, focusing on computational and experimental studies in combustion, fire dynamics, and fire risk analysis. His research includes developing physics-based wildfire models and naval fire safety systems, generating over $1.4M in grants. He holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne (2004) and a Graduate Diploma in Building Fire Safety from Victoria University (2007).
