Kevin W. Lee is an Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, affiliated with the Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources division and Entrepreneurship & Innovation group. He holds a PhD from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA from Columbia University. His research focuses on the future of work, technology's impact on organizing, and preserving human aspects of labor in the face of AI-driven disruption. He has conducted ethnographic studies on occupational communities and their responses to technological change. Previously, he worked as a management consultant in Manhattan, observing financial sector disruptions by tech entrepreneurs.
