Kevin Moffett is a Professor of Creative Writing and Director of the APLP at the University of Virginia's Department of English. He specializes in formal experimentation, oral histories, and short story writing. His works include the digital narrative The Silent History and scripted podcasts for Gimlet Media such as Sandra and The Final Chapters of Richard Brown Winters. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Florida and an MFA from the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop.
Research Interests: Moffett’s work bridges traditional literary forms with innovative digital storytelling. He explores how oral histories and experimental narrative structures can reshape contemporary fiction. His collaborations emphasize cross-media creativity, blending text with location-based digital elements.
