Kevin Glenn, MD, MS, is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa's Carver College of Medicine. He is affiliated with the Division of General Internal Medicine and the Hospital Medicine program, where he contributes to clinical care, education, and research. He currently serves as Interim Director of the Division of General Internal Medicine.

He also investigates protein quality control mechanisms in neurodegenerative disorders such as DYT1 dystonia and alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, contributing to understanding molecular pathways in disease pathogenesis.
His recent publications highlight innovations in telehealth for SARS-CoV-2 monitoring and system-level interventions in hospital medicine. The research bridges clinical application and laboratory science, reflecting a dual commitment to patient care and basic science inquiry.
