Kevin Douglas Hoover is a Professor of Economics and Professor of Philosophy at Duke University's Trinity College of Arts & Sciences since 2006. His research bridges macroeconomics, monetary economics, the history of economics, and the philosophy of empirical science, with a focus on causal search methodologies, microfoundational programs, and the methodology of economic modeling.
