Kerstin Johannesson

Kerstin Johannesson is a Professor in Marine Ecology at the University of Gothenburg's Department of Marine Sciences, and Director of the Tjärnö Marine Laboratory. Her research focuses on evolutionary mechanisms in marine organisms, particularly Littorina snails and Fucus seaweeds, exploring adaptation over environmental gradients and speciation under divergent selection.
