Kerstin Arnesson is a Professor at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Social Sciences, Linnaeus University. Her research focuses on gender, sustainable gender equality, violence in close relationships, organizational dynamics, and child protection. She co-leads the interdisciplinary research networks GAVIS (Gender and Violence in Social Work) and RISCY (Research on Interventions and Support for Children and Youth), driving knowledge dissemination and collaborative initiatives. Current projects include studies on abused women in sheltered housing and private-sector child welfare assessments.
