Kentaro Hara is an Assistant Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University. His research focuses on plasma physics, electric propulsion systems, and computational fluid dynamics, with specialties in plasma-wall interactions and data-driven modeling. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and undergraduate/master's degrees from the University of Tokyo.
