Kenneth B. Dunn is Professor Emeritus of Financial Economics at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. His research examines financial markets, debt instruments, and corporate finance mechanisms.
His publications analyze refinancing costs in debt contracts, call options in bond agreements, and pricing mechanisms for mortgage-backed securities and convertible bonds. His work applies mathematical modeling to understand market imperfections and their impact on financial decision-making.
Dunn earned his PhD from Purdue University (1979) after completing MBA and BS degrees at Ohio State University. He maintains professional engagements including service on corporate boards and investment committees.
