Ken Bamberger is The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation Professor of Law at UC Berkeley School of Law, where he teaches Administrative Law, First Amendment, Torts, Privacy Counseling, and Jewish Law. He co-directs the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology and Helen Diller Institute for Jewish Law and Israel Studies, and serves as a core faculty member at the Berkeley Center for Law and Business.

His research focuses on technology regulation, corporate compliance, and Jewish Law in the digital age, with current projects addressing content moderation, platform market power, cryptographic privacy tools, and algorithmic accountability. He previously clerked for federal Judge Amalya L. Kearse and Supreme Court Justice David Souter, and practiced at Wilmer Hale.
