Ken Sagendorf

Dr. Ken Sagendorf serves as Professor and John J. Sullivan Endowed Chair for Free Enterprise at Regis University's Anderson College of Business and Computing, where he directs The Innovation Center and MBA program. His work integrates strategic leadership with educational innovation to foster transformative student learning experiences.

His academic credentials include:

• Ph.D. in Marketing and Management from Syracuse University
• Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Florida

Research focuses on aligned leadership systems and organizational culture design, manifested through initiatives like the Regis Innovation Challenge business competition, Innovation Incubator, and Magis Factory Accelerator that bridge academic theory with community entrepreneurship.
