Ken Mullane is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the Bertolon School of Business, Salem State University, with a PhD in Business (Organizational Behavior) from Bentley University (2017). His research focuses on virtual teams, motivation, ethical climate, trust, and group properties within organizational behavior and management education.
Research Interests: Mullane's work explores virtual team dynamics, ethical organizational climates, and pedagogical innovations in business education. He has published extensively on virtual team coordination, impostor syndrome in doctoral programs, and experiential learning techniques.

Advising & Grants: Mullane serves as Faculty Advisor for DECA and Co-Faculty Advisor for Delta Mu Delta. He is a member of Salem State's Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Human Resources Concentration Coordinator.
