Kemper E. Lewis

Kemper E. Lewis is the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University at Buffalo. He directs the Sustainable Manufacturing and Advanced Robotic Technologies (SMART) Community of Excellence, focusing on advanced manufacturing and design processes. With over 200 publications and $33 million in grant funding, his research spans large-scale systems design, decision theory, additive manufacturing, and machine learning applications in engineering.
