Kempei Shiina is a Professor at the Faculty of Education and Integrated Arts and Sciences, Waseda University, with a career spanning over three decades. He holds a PhD in Psychology (1994) and a Master of Arts (1983) from Waseda University.
- Research Focus: Experimental psychology, educational and social psychology, psychometrics, and cognitive modeling.
