Kelsey Taylor is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at the University of Guelph's School of Hospitality, Food & Tourism Management. She holds a PhD in Operations Management from Ivey Business School, Western University, alongside a Master of Environment & Sustainability and a BA in Sociology/Criminal Justice & Public Policy from the University of Guelph.
Her research focuses on leveraging supply chains for societal impact through environmental stewardship and social equity, particularly in social enterprises and B Corps. Key areas include circular supply chains, regenerative practices, and stakeholder inclusion. Her work has been published in leading journals like Journal of Supply Chain Management and International Journal of Operations & Production Management.
