Kelsey Owsley, Ph.D., MPH is an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), affiliated with the Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health. Her work focuses on healthcare access, hospital behavior, cancer services, and community health networks.
