Kelly Stevens

Kelly Stevens, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida (UCF), with joint appointments in UCF’s Resilient, Intelligent, and Sustainable Energy Systems (RISES) Center and FSEC Energy Research Center. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on energy and environmental policy, environmental management, and science and technology policy, with an emphasis on the U.S. electricity sector, climate change, air pollution, and community resilience. Dr. Stevens previously worked as a meteorologist for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, shaping her expertise in environmental governance.
