Kelly Klomp

Kelly Klomp is a PhD candidate affiliated with VLAG Graduate School and the MolEco department. Her research focuses on gut microbiota dynamics, synbiotics, and their role in cow's milk allergy and antibiotic therapy recovery.

• Research Interests: Gut Microbiota, Synbiotics, Milk Allergy, Multi-Omics Analysis, Computational Biology, Pediatric Immunology.

Her recent work involves machine learning classification of multi-omics datasets to predict allergy outcomes and clinical trials assessing synbiotic interventions in toddlers. Collaborations include institutions like Wageningen University and international partners.
