Kelly Bradbury is an Associate Professor in the English and University Composition Program at Colorado State University, leading the gtPathways Writing Integration Initiative and directing the TILT Graduate Student & Postdoc Teaching Certificates of Completion. She also administers Upper-Division Composition courses. Her work focuses on rhetorical empathy, critical information literacy, and linguistic justice, emphasizing equity in education.
- PhD in Rhetoric, Composition, and Literacy Studies from The Ohio State University
- MA in English from South Dakota State University
Her research bridges writing pedagogy with social justice, exploring how literacy practices intersect with class, equity, and technology. Recent publications address interdisciplinary curriculum design, rhetorical participation, and digital literacy narratives.
Bradbury has developed initiatives to integrate writing across disciplines in the College of Liberal Arts and trains graduate students in effective teaching methods. She has authored a book and contributed to journals like Computers and Composition and Community Literacy Journal.
