Kelli Braun is a Professor and Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University, with a primary appointment in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has served as Director of Simulation and Virtual Education since 2014 and holds leadership roles in medical education accreditation and curriculum development.

Her work develops accessible surgical training tools while evaluating emerging technologies for gynecologic conditions.
Her 2016-2023 publications reveal consistent focus on surgical skill acquisition and women's health education gaps, spanning simulation model development for tubal ligation and cystotomy, menopause curriculum assessments, and proficiency studies for fibroid ablation technologies like Acessa™.
