Dr. Kejia Hu is an Associate Professor in Management Science at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Governing Body Fellow of Exeter College. Her research focuses on unlocking business value through human-AI collaboration, emphasizing the synergy between human insight and technology. She holds editorial roles at Production and Operations Management (Senior Editor) and the Journal of Operations Management.
