Pemrick serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg and is the founding member and managing partner of Capitol67 Strategies, a bipartisan public policy firm operating in Washington, DC and Harrisburg, PA. With a career spanning over two decades in government and policy, he has held key roles including Legislative Director for Congressman Tim Holden, point person for Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf during the COVID-19 pandemic, and campaign manager for Denny Wolff's congressional run in the heavily Republican PA-09 district.
